Dimitri, who owns the tiny shop next door to Petros Cottage, is also the island's beekeeper. He tends about 50 hives and makes the most delicious honey which he sells in his shop. It's perfect for eating with Greek yogurt, on toast, on honey cake, and, well you get the picture yummmm.........
